This extension can take place when managing organic growth or following an acquisition, or when seeking to  improve the performance of the company. 

If the minimum critical size of the Nearshore center exists (40 to 50 people), this installation is carried out by the creation of a subsidiary.  Otherwise we offer an incubation service for client teams within our premises with a complete service ranging from recruitment to the daily management of local teams in Tunis.  If the size of these teams increases, the client can create a subsidiary later.

Nearshore teams can include various functions: IT, operational business process management, marketing/sales support, middle office finance and compliance, HR, accounting.
